daggers Posted 22 October , 2013 Share Posted 22 October , 2013 Any career information on this officer, who commanded 277th Army Brigade RFA towards the end of the Great War, would be warmly welcomed. Ancestry have three MICs showing MiDs in 1914 and 1917, and a DSO. Daggers

daggers Posted 22 October , 2013 Author Share Posted 22 October , 2013 Thanks, LF. I found he was a 'university candidate' when first commissioned, so will track that down as well. The DSO must have been a New Year Honour, so probably no citation. D

daggers Posted 23 October , 2013 Author Share Posted 23 October , 2013 Dick Thank you also. The detail on 'City and Guilds' has saved me much time looking for any university connection. Daggers
