battiscombe Posted 13 October , 2013 Share Posted 13 October , 2013 these numbers were allocated to Field Artillery 'locally raised' Brigades, which included a whole series of 'County Palatine' Brigades in the NW, also 'Nottingham','Empire', Aberdeen, Huddersfield ,Glasgow, Wearside, West Ham, Rotherham, East Ham, Thames Ironworks, Staffordshire', Leicestershire, Tottenham, Nottingham, and a few others.., and also men in supporting Divisional Ammunition Columns, raised in the same locations.
