15th Welsh Bn circa Sept 1918

It would appear from his discharge papers Arthur Gardener/Gardiner formerly Pte 23764 16th Bn Welsh Regt was posted to the 15^th Welsh on 30th May 1918. He was wounded GSW and admitted to military hospital (not sure where) on 20 Sept 1918 for 33 days, then transferred to Paddington Military Hospital on 23 Oct 18 for a further 17 days. Can someone please tell me where the 15 Welsh were around the time he was wounded.
