On one of his children's it has him as being in the Royal Fusiliers and on his marriage certificate a Private in 2/2nd Bn. Rondo regiment. can any of you wise military types tell me how this ties up? Guest telmoss Posted 25 September , 2004 Share Posted 25 September , 2004 Thank you chaps, I have got the magnifying glass out and the L for London looks like an "R" and the n at the end is very faded I would say you have it exactly right.
