Shell casing identification

Hello!
I tried to identify 2 military metal-cased cartridges. Both are identical except the inscriptions.
Unfortunately was not successful.
I kindly ask you if you can help me, by giving some information about these two.
I attached 3 pictures with them. First seems to be clear (made by Scovill MFG. Co. in 20.12.1916 with metric designation (mesured by me) : 75x384 mm), but the second, I have no idea.
Thank you so much for your help.post-102433-0-24225500-1380780660_thumb.post-102433-0-07977400-1380780692_thumb.post-102433-0-86288400-1380780700_thumb.
