green_acorn Posted 28 September , 2013 Share Posted 28 September , 2013 An excellent video compilation on the French 60cm railways http://www.ecpad.fr/les-petits-trains-de-la-grande-guerre-2 It includes a scene of a 120mm gun battery mounted on 60cm railway carriages firing. These guns are a pedestal type fixed to the carriages, probably a type adapted from fixed defensive fortifications, very interesting.
