mhifle Posted 8 September , 2013 Share Posted 8 September , 2013 Hi, I looking for information on Temporary Engineer Sub Lieutenant (a) Percival Horner, Royal Naval Reserve I have found him on the 1919 Navy list serving on the Tug Cynic. Would anyone have any information on the 'Cynic' and where it operated etc. Regards Mark
