Terry Carter Posted 8 September , 2013 Share Posted 8 September , 2013 Helping a mate with some research on his Great Uncle who was KIA in 1918. The soldier in question had a brother who enlisted into the 26th Middlesex in December 1915 and was discharged as unfit due to sickness and was awarded a Silver War Badge. In January 1917 he enlisted again, this time the Royal Engineers. After four months he was discharged due to sickness and again awarded another Silver War Badge. No other medals as he never left the UK. I know its not an amazing piece of info, but, just thought I would share it with you Terry
