Khaki Posted 5 September , 2013 Share Posted 5 September , 2013 whilst I was considering the difficult job the authorities of participating countries must have including local police when examining discovered human remains to determine to which military force they belonged to, that they must have also to consider the possibility (when there is no obvious evidence to the contrary) that some remains may be that of adult civilians, perhaps refugees.
