hi, would anyone be able to help i have been reaserching my family tree in birmingham and there are thousands of hughes all living in the same area, about 4months ago i asked about information on a george hughes that died in the great war i did get a reply and an address but it seems george hughes didnt have any next of kin so cant tie him to my family, we do have a war mamorial plaque, i wonderd if the person that looked it up could point me in in any other direction and if anyone has been reaserching hughes in birmingham could they contact me, i have spent a lot of money on birth records and a couple of years of time but still dont know who privat george hughes 5264 born st martins died in gallipoli of wounds 10th aug 1915 it seems he got left behind because of his injuries i cant trace which george hughes he is from the census records as there are so many, the only other george hughes that died in the same area is george thomas hughes 305951 died in f f july 1916. i would be so grateful for any help thanks lynne
