Brigantian Posted 14 August , 2013 Posted 14 August , 2013 Does anyone have information and/or references relating to the Royal Flying Corps Civilian School of Instruction? Apparently, it was the product of the War Office taking over civilian flying schools at Hendon in November 1916 (e.g. the Hall, Graham-White, Beatty, Ruffy-Baumann schools). In particular, I am after details concerning the thinking behind the move, practicalities of the takeovers and what happened to the previous management. Any snippets would be appreciated. Regards Mark
