British Future is a think tank concerned with issues of integration, identity migration and opportunity their view on the Centenary was expressed in a Guardian article cited in Wikipedia.

British Future is one of a group of organisations hoping to turn 2014 into a deeper moment of reflection not just about the fallen, but also about the nation Britain has become. Can't argue with that, although it seems unlikely.

Since Trafalgar, Waterloo and the Boer War remain of interest, I think it unlike that The Great War will be of little interest in 101 years.

Yes, to those people for whom that sort of thing is important. No, for probably the vast majority of the population.
