Guest Peter Barker Posted 18 April , 2003 Share Posted 18 April , 2003 Can anybody throw any light on the following? RFC Flying Officer transferred from No10 Squadron to "No5 RAS" ? Then from No5 RAS to "AID" ? or "A1D" ? These moves took place during 2 months in 1915 and he was then posted to another squadron. He was discharged unfit within a year. Any ideas? Thanks, Pete. Guest Peter Barker Posted 18 April , 2003 Share Posted 18 April , 2003 Terry, thanks. This fits in quite well with other information about him being back in Britain at the time. Pete.
