dah Posted 3 August , 2013 Posted 3 August , 2013 Hi guys, Just packing up for a last minute release trip to the Somme - and thought I'd ask if there are any events, changes etc that you might be aware of....that might help me improve my 6 days there I was there a year ago....but things move on sometimes. Is the Ulster Tower now under more settled management? Are they running more regular tours into the wood - and if so, at what times? Looks like I've missed the open days for the La Boiselle Any update on eating places? Is the Tommy still doing its on/off thing. I like to go there at least once each trip. What about the Poppy etc? Hoping to camp at Julie's in BH.....and have a few beers at Avril's Might also pop up to Arras and Ypres for a couple of the days....so news of any developments there would also be welcome Grateful for any info. Also happy to meet up for a beer & chat if anyone is in the same area (Aug 5th - 10th) Many thanks, David
