Graeme,

For the Scottish Memorials, have you tried The Scottish War Memorials Project website http://warmemscot.s4...warmemscot.html or The Scottish War Graves Project http://scottishwargraves.phpbbweb.com/scottishwargraves.html ?

Kindest Regards,

Tom.

Morning Tom

Many thanks for the links and for replying to the thread.

I have looked through them, cheers. In fact, the pic I need from Dunoon is in there but it is not particularly brilliant.

Regards,

Graeme

Hi Cam,

Many thanks. I've got a horrible feeling this is a rather big, sprawling place.

I'm after John Caldwell, Pioneer Corps, buried in Grave 8311.

Cam, I'll leave it up to your judgement whether you spend a few minutes there or not. I cannot see a plan on the web to help.

Many thanks for replying,

Regards,

Graeme

Hi Graeme,

Well I'll give it a go for you. I've found a phone number for the burial clerk in the council, so maybe they can shed some light on the location of the grave.

All the best

Cam.

Hi, I'm new to the site and was going through old posts, when I came across yours; Do you still need photos from Much Marcle Churchyard?  I visit it quite often, so it would be no problem to take a camera - although if you were after all the gravestones it could take a few visits lol

Morning Heather,

Many thanks for the generous offer but I have managed to get an image from somewhere.

Thank you for the thought,
