Al - PM on the way

BereniceUK - That's a couple off my list, thank you, but still a few to go

Ian, thanks so much. I have found only his Attestation for R Warks in 1915 [obviously under age] but nothing else. No overseas service.

Peter, thanks for offering. 490418 Driver Frank BECK - Screen Wall F9 "C" 4. Wonderful!

Reference Gunner Mansell, there is a memorial lectern dedicated to those lost from the 1st and 2nd Reserve Brigades RFA in St Andrews church Newcastle. It does not however record any names.

Thanks Keith. Awaiting instructions...

EDIT: It is now 01:26 and I am now owner of 35 images from Keith via Dropbox. That was amazing - thoroughly recommend it.

Thanks once again Keith. Brilliant!

I can go to Blackburn Cemetery but it probably won't be until near the end of July.

Diane

We live in the Nadder Valley in Wiltshire. During WW1 the whole area was one vast camp , with lots of Anzac troops awaiting postings to the Western Front. Most of our local church yards have military sections, with lots of named graves.

We're only a mile from The Fovant Badges.

If any of this is of interest to you or your friends, let us know.

Cheers

Barry
