1st Cyclist Brigade School of Instruction 10th Class 1918

I have a group photograph/postcard labelled 1st Cyclist Brigade School of Instruction 10th Class 1918. There is also a photographers name Yank Powell Centre Lodge Benacre Park. So presumably the photograph is in Suffolk. Can anyone give me a more precise date for this photo?

My grandfather is on this and I'm trying to piece together something of his war biography. He served intially with the 4/Camerons 1914 before transferring to the Lovat Scouts (by August 1915) and ended the war in 1919 in the 5/Camerons. My grandfather is seated in the second row second from right. Is the uniform he and several others are wearing that of the Lovat Scouts?
