Biltea Posted 1 June , 2013 Share Posted 1 June , 2013 Hi there I've been reading in General Thomas Morland's diary about Major-General Bulfin and the 28th Division in 1915, when Bulfin was its GOC. The names Parker and Nic(h)olls crop up a few times from January to April 1915, but I can't identify them. Firstly I thought they might be ADC's but I can't recognize them as such from the Army List of January 1915. There is no divisional history for the 28th. I've looked up various War Diaries for the division, also with no success. Can anyone help to identify these two officers, please? Thanks - Bill

Biltea Posted 30 August , 2013 Author Share Posted 30 August , 2013 Hi Craig Thanks for he info. I've been through the Canadian records now and although they were very interesting, they did not identify Messrs Parker and Nic(h)olls. I'll go back to the diaries and see if I can re-interpret the two words. Sorry it's taken me so long to check the references you supplied. Thanks again - Bill
