My Great grand-father Joseph Conway served in India on two occasions in the 1800s, I have his service record and this states that he married Mary Ann Dunn(or Dunne) on 28 Oct 1880, however I have been unable to find any record of the marriage. ( I am trying to find out who the Bride and Grooms parents were) ca anybody help with this or any information on his army service?

I think you're going to struggle to get a response to this one on this site - it's pretty much dedicated to 1914-18 and allied matters. You may fare better on one of the Victorian military sites.

Best of luck

Tim
