bobpike Posted 1 October , 2013 Share Posted 1 October , 2013 If there is a stone carved name of the cemetery outside the entrance as most CWGC cemeteries have, could I trouble you for a photo, please?Bob
temptage Posted 1 October , 2013 Author Share Posted 1 October , 2013 Bob, from memory, I believe more often than not if there are military graves within a Communal Cemetery they dont have the stone carved name at the entrance because the Cemetery was designed and used years before the Military plots were added. Dont quote me on that, but I shall ask Franck when he gets in touch again.
bobpike Posted 1 October , 2013 Share Posted 1 October , 2013 Yes, that's my experience, too, but there are exceptions, so I'd be most grateful if Franck has a look, kind regards, Bob
bobpike Posted 14 November , 2013 Share Posted 14 November , 2013 A public thank you to Franck again for excellent photos in trying circumstances i.e. torrential rain and black clouds. As you suggested Tony there was no cemetery name outside, kind regards, Bob

temptage Posted 12 February , 2019 Author Share Posted 12 February , 2019 14 hours ago, James Brown said: Yes David sent of a request on Friday no word back yet but it's only Monday JB Theres no request been made for his photo on his page. You only have to look at how many requests for the Cemetery there are to see that its not a Cemetery that gets photographed very often.
James Brown Posted 12 February , 2019 Share Posted 12 February , 2019 Your right there is no photo of this casualties grave or memorial on that website, although if and when I get one I'll be adding to it. Great Site though, and never even knew it existed. JB
