high wood Posted 28 April , 2013 Share Posted 28 April , 2013 I have recently acquired some photographs that belonged to T4/239378 Dvr Edwin Matthew Wakefield of the Army Service Corps who spent the later part of the Great War in Salonika and Egypt and later visited Gallipoli. It seems that he had a small camera in his possession and took a few photographs of the more interesting things that he saw. The pictures are very small and of poor quality but all are captioned. The first picture is of a Bulgarian Observation Post in Dorian village.
