Articles whose export is prohibited neutral European countries

Interesting that they don't include Luxembourg which was neutral and invaded.

Food was strictly prohibited for export. They didn't have enough to eat, as their food came through Antwerp mostly and was blockaded. The US aid society only sent food to Belgium.

There is a whole set of protests in the official book of the war about German soldiers trying to take sausages, etc on leave to Germany.
