healdav Posted 18 April , 2013 Share Posted 18 April , 2013 Interesting that they don't include Luxembourg which was neutral and invaded. Food was strictly prohibited for export. They didn't have enough to eat, as their food came through Antwerp mostly and was blockaded. The US aid society only sent food to Belgium.
