Colin W Taylor Posted 8 April , 2013 Share Posted 8 April , 2013 Tony War diary for 30th reads - 'One man of working party killed by shell' - four men were killed and four were wounded in shelling the day before. They were at Q18A54 - Junk Trench - just on the hill above Hamel - though presumably this was the location of Battalion HQ.
