Who is Co-ordinating the Timing of the Planned Commemorations on the W

A request for help.

I know someone or some body is acting as a clearing house for all the commemoration events planned in 2014 in France and Belgium. The aim is to avoid clashes of timings. The CWGC and/or the WFA rings a bell.

I had this information, but I finished work at Christmas and in the process of clearing my office and many workspaces, accompanied by a change in the IT systems chez Malloch, I have managed to mislay it.

Can anyone tell me whom I should contact?
