Tom W. Posted 1 October , 2012 Share Posted 1 October , 2012 If so, I'd be interested in high-res scans of a handful of images to use in my book Assault Troops of World War I: The Central, Allied, and Neutral Powers, which will be published by Schiffer in 2013. In exchange I'll give you a copy of my book when it comes out. Got tons of previously unpublished information and photos of assault troops from just about everybody. I need images from the the original 1918 volume, not the later reprint. Thanks.
tootrock Posted 1 October , 2012 Share Posted 1 October , 2012 If this is the publication that originally came out in weekly instalments, then I have a complete set. They are filed away in the loft in annual parcels, so I would need to know roughly when the item appeared to save opening them all.. Martin What I'm looking for is Part 251 (CCLI) from 1918, an article titled "The Far East in the War: From the Autumn of 1916 to the Chino-Japanese Contention." There are four photos in it that I'd like to use. Thanks for your help.
