Can anyone help me with information on the 185th company of the machine gun corps?

A 1st cousin several times removed, of mine, Percy Thomas Taylor served with them as a private and was killed in Mesopotamia on 1 Sept 1918. His service number was 61998. He'd previously been with the Gloucestershire Regiment where his number was 27177. He's buried in the Tehran Cemetery.

Any help will be gratefully received.

Thanks
