mcpl.wray Posted 23 September , 2012 Share Posted 23 September , 2012 Hi all. Quick question. I have been searching medal entitlement for a family member on the national archives website MIC search. I find him, but, the MIC shows he was awarded a MM and indicates a bar as well which is correct. There does not appear to be teh regular MIC for the victory, BWM and star. Any ideas on where to look online? His name is G W Parker, #225 Lincs regiment. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
River97 Posted 23 September , 2012 Share Posted 23 September , 2012 There were, and are, many instances where the service number, and, or, last name was spelt differently to that which was thought. What I am saying is try some other combinations, especially if you know the first, middle names. Cheers Andy.
