Remembered Today:

Casualty Clearance to UK - French Hospital Ship?

I have been trying to translate the vessel by which my Grandfather was invalided to England on 29 August 1918 after being wounded on 21 August 1918. Wondered if anyone had any ideas from the attached?

I think he was 2 Aust Gen Hospital and then onto a ship. I suspect it may be a French ship or perhaps a location.
