The gesticular technique used by the Welshman in his oratory was copied by Hitler : the similarities are very apparent on film.

I once came across a report that, following one of DLG's speeches, he left his notes behind by accident. The person who found them noticed a marginal cooment opposite the text.

"Argument weak here - shout and bang the podium."

Clearly this was one technque which Hitler, and several other politicians since, have raised to a fine art! :lol:

DLG was more likely to have written "Shout and bang the typist"
