Very well done to Terry and all concerned.

After four years I had thought the commemoration for this lad might never happen.

Reginald Kaye Duckworth was the the first airman killed in military flying training in Australia.

Cheers

Geoff Swallow

I am a new member of the Great War Forum.  I see on this above list my second great-uncle Aaron William Ferrell.  I am trying to find more information on his life once in Australia.  I also am curious as to how he was a casualty at the age of 60.  Had he been promoted or still a Private at that time?  Are any of you able to lead me into a direction where I may find these answers?  Thank You from Canada.
