Does anyone have access to a trench map of the Carency Sector, dated September 1916?

I am trying to locate the approximate area where one of my uncles was apparently wounded on 30th September 1916, and I think that I can provide some reasonably detailed information.

The area of the front being held by the 73rd Infantry Brigade at that time (approximately south west of Lens and west of Vimy) extended from the Souchez river at S.2.d.4.7 to a point identified by the coordinates S.15.a.1.6. My uncle’s regiment, the 13th Middlesex, held the trenches extending from the river to S.8.d.8.7.

Other landmarks included in the war diary include Gouy Servins (W.18.a.5.7), Hospital Corner (X.16. d.8.4), Cabaret Trench, Ersatz Trench and King’s Cross (S.5 or 8.b.1.4) I think that the map sheet number was 36B.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Simon.
