Her remarriage [date unknown to me] would likely have the cause of the cessation of her pension and the thus end of the claim in 1930 [likely after the youngest child reached 16 - she could have kept the claim going until then]

Mary would likely have got a Re-marriage Gratuity [two year's pension] or later a Re-marriage Bounty [one year's pension] depending on date and the applicable Royal Warrant - sadly we can't see any of this in detail.

mary remarried went on to have 2 more children 1st born in 1922 . previously we thought that she had the children removed by the church when she had an illigitimate son in 1916, this would seem to confirm that her childre were taken or given up shortly after john smiths death. thanks again.
