I'm looking for information on Capt. Harry Heaton DSO MC bar. The Durham Light Infantry 19th. and the 45th Royal Fusiliers.

The only stuff to surface has been the London Gazette.

Can anyone help?

Heaton was awarded the DSO on Aug 10th 1919 for leading the battallion, taking Kochamika, Sludka, and Livopots.

mc issued Sept 17 1917 for counter-attack and advance of 1000yards on the line. (Which one)?

Can you confirm if he has only one initial ? There are several with just H in Officer service files at Kew:

WO339 series: 102269 and 103454. I feel that these are a bit late for your soldier. There is one other with initials HA but he died in 1917.

WO374 series: 32373 (Lt H rank on opening of file and I think probably your man);32374 Captain HF and 32375 Lt HW.

These files usually have some good details given that the dreaded "weeding" has occurred in later years and some papers discarded.

PS When you ask 'Which one' do you mean which MC ? If so, and they refer to MC, they will mean the first one, later will almost certainly say Bar to MC.
