hello pals. verico has kindly helped me out and looked up my grandfathers details at kew(177367 gnr e w moyse r f a). and as was rightly surmised, there's no details of his brigade or battery. as my grandfather lived in battersea,

would any of the pals know what the local battersea newspaper was please? i.ve found a newspaper archive site to go on and try and find his brigade and battery.

as grandfathers eldest daughter (Lilian) died in 1917, residing in battersea, i thought it may be just the topic for a mention in the local paper.

also his brother died in september '17 who lived in chelsea. many thanks rodders
