bushfighter Posted 29 February , 2012 Author Share Posted 29 February , 2012 Story Greetings I do not know the answer - my understanding (this is an early 1916 photograph) is that this was pre-war colonial equipment that was used for the new battalions until standard webbing items arrived from India.
