Can anyone help me please with the circumstances of his death & any other details; im hoping to find his true buria place

His will was read in London on 5th June 1916. It details his address as 65 Swainston Road, Reading and his place of death as Gosport, Hampshire on 28th December 1915.

He left £136 14s 8d to Gilbert Rogers, a munitions worker.

You might have some success searching Gosport/Portsmouth newspaper archives. He will also, probably, have made the local news in Reading.

On 1st January 1916 a William Frederick Rogers, aged 24, is registered as being buried in the London Road Cemetery (cons), Reading Berkshire.

Could this be him?

Confirmed by Reading Council this morning that he is indeed buried in Reading London Road Cemetery
