- Rfn Stewart died in action (Volunteer: Diane Shakespeare)

- Pte Watkinson died of nephritis (Volunteer: Chris Harley)

- Pte Worthington drowned after falling from ship in New York Harbor, USA (Volunteer: Andy Massard)
