ss002d6252 Posted 23 November , 2011 Posted 23 November , 2011 He was posted overseas sometime after 1 Jan 1916 with the 2/5th Lancashire Fusiliers, he was posted to this unit prior to the date he went overseas. Prior to this his service with the Liverpool regiment was in the UK only.
