This seaman died at home, Fife, on 28 November 1918

Death Certificate stated Phithisis Pulmonalis [TB] 2 years 6 months

Naval Disability Pensioner

CWGC has him as HMS Victory

Service No. Clyde Z/7611

Can anyone tell me where, or if, I can find when he was discharged disabled and from where ?

THomas LAMB RNVR served in the Royal Naval Division and was then transferred to sea service, whence he was discharged. His sea service record can be downloaded here (it may or may not detail the reason for discharge):-

His original RNVR enlistment papers and RND records are held at the Fleet Air Arm Museum. A copy of the RND record is also at Kew.
