Khaki Posted 6 October , 2011 Share Posted 6 October , 2011 I have a leather (pigskin?) wallet/billfold, it is pretty standard WW1 looking two push button flaps fold over two interior pockets and a pencil holder. The pockets contained two regulation military button cards made in New York by the Streamline Button Co.,The exterior flap has a 'window' with an insert card pre printed with, name...Div... Reg... Co.... The overall appearance suggests private purchase WW1, however some owner has written O. 1107184, on the flap it is hard to read and the 8 maybe a 3 or the O maybe a C, however does anyone recognise the service number as belonging to (US) forces WW1 ?
