Ovillers la Boisselle: Dedication of the Breton Calvary after restoration.

Ovillers la Boisselle,Somme. 17th December 1914: Within a few hours the 19th Infantry Regiment lost 1,157 men (dead, wounded or taken prisoner). The Breton Calvary was built and inaugurated in 1924 in memory of Lieutenant Augustin de Boisanger and men of the 19th Infantry Regiment.

Boisanger is in the Ovillers Military cemetery if memory serves me right? An often neglected memorial!

Best wishes for the ceremony, they deserve to be remembered.
