As many know, I volunteer at the KRH MUseum in Winchester, and we seem to have unearthed some copies (8, to be precise) of this, Full title

Cavalry Warrant Officers' and Non Commissioned Officers' Arm Badges, by David Lineker and Gordon Dine, pubished as a special by the Military Historical Society in 1997. It is 156 pages long and profusely illustrated.
