While looking through back copies of the Garston and Woolton Weekly News [26/11/1915] i found an article that mentions two servicemen who have been caught House Breaking. The two servicmen are Rees Edwards and George Williams of the 3rd Bn Welsh Regiment. Both were stationed in Litherland Camp and had left without passes. They were caught after being seen splitting the Money they had made from selling stolen pills.Would it be possible to find out anything on these two men ? i.e did they go back to the Front or were they discharged from the Army.

One option is to check the service records that have survived. These are on Ancestry.
