Can anyone provide me with details of this pamphlet - which I think was published by the Army Printing & Stationery Service as an 'S.S.' pamphlet at some point in 1918?

Does anyone have a copy? It may be called "'Notes on co-operation between Tanks and Aeroplanes"

I don't have a copy Bryn, but I know a man who does. The Liddel Hart Centre for Military Archives at Kings College London has a copy among the papers of Maj Gen John Frederick Charles Fuller (1878-1966)

It appears in the catalogue as follows:
