Hi,

I was wondering if somebody could help me find out where one of my relatives was exactly based in the Royal Engineers.

His name was John Edward Hazel and he was a Sapper, his regiment number was WR/276521. From researching this i know that WR means Waterworks and Railways and i know that from getting his WW1 Medal Roll that he was in the railways part of the Royal Engineers but is there anyway of finding out where he was based exactly? He was also mentioned on the National Roll Of Honour.

Thanks

Tom
