Forum Helps to re-unite SWB

Recommended Posts

With the help of other Forum members I have been able to re-unite a SWB (29132) found in Southern Ireland by a metal detectorist to the son and family of the rightful owner in Aylesbury.

The SWB was Issued to Edward Lewis Brunswick of the ASC MT. Discharged Feb 1917.

No one has any idea how the SWB ended up on Rosses Point Beach in Sligo but the identification back to Roy E Brunswick is bona fide as they knew Edward was in the ASC MT and by luck there seems to be only one Edward Lewis Brunswick in the right timeframe.

Many thanks to the forum members concerned and their associates

Usual media inaccuracies etc but story is HERE
