It's War Diary (printed version) p96 notes ' Just before disbandment 8 Officers and 150 ORs were transfeered to the 9th Bn RWF(19th Div). The remainder of the battalion, together with the 19th Bn RWF formed the 8th Entrenching Battalion and came under the commander of VIth Corps. Of course, the above two wounded are not necessarily from that action though, merely on the same composite lists. There are a few more RND attachments on lists in May. War Diary has for 11th April 1918:- "Front and support lines were very heavily shelled during the day, one Lewis gun post being completely wiped out by hostile shell fire during the night. Casualties 6 Other Ranks killed, 7 Other Ranks wounded and 1 Other Rank missing (believed to be blown to pieces)."
