NigelS Posted 20 November , 2010 Share Posted 20 November , 2010 Possibly by the time these MICs were raised it had already been decided that there weren't going to be more 'stars' awarded after the 14, and 14-15 cut-off dates, so the date of entry became irrelevant, whereas is was needed for the earlier entrants who did qualify for them?
