Small Wooden Crosses (Bulk)

Hi all,

I`m planning another Erskine charity walk next year. I`m hoping to buy a bulk supply of wooden crosses as part of an idea i have to raise money (£27,647.20 raised through my site for my Somme Walk). Can anyone help with who i should be contacting and what this would cost as i`m trying to maximise the money to the ex-servicemans home.

Any help would be appreciated

I did something similar a couple of years back. I decided to contact Poppy Scotland who helped me out, i just got participants to purchase a few each etc & jobs a good un. The other option is The RBL directly i suppose, i believe that they both sell crosses for £1 each, whether they will sell a "bulk" amount for less you would have to ask, that way two charities benefit as well.

A freind of mine actually paid a company to produce some crosses for his charity event, yes they worked out cheaper but the money went to a non ex service company, depends on your thoughts though.

Best regards

Bob

Thanks Bob. I think Poppy Scotland is my best option. I`d rather the money goes to charity. I`ll contact them now. Thanks for your input Bob. Much appreciated
